Two ClaimMaster tabs in Word

Once ClaimMaster is installed, you should be able to access various ClaimMaster tools within Microsoft Word in the ClaimMaster Ribbon tab (Word 2007-2019) or in the Word's toolbar (Word 2003 or earlier).  However, you should only see one ClaimMaster tab in your Word ribbon.  If yo use two tabs, it means that your Word is loading two distinct ClaimMaster templates during Startup.  This could lead to incorrect ClaimMaster behavior, since one of the templates is likely obsolete.
