License activation issues

Some users may experience issues with reactivating or activating ClaimMaster when their Microsoft Office is installed via a Click-to-Run deployment or if you are not connected to Internet or operating from behind a strict corporate firewall. Please see below for the solutions to some of the most common activation issues:

1)   My subscription renewal has processed, but my existing license expiration date hasn't reset on my computer.

Please follow these detailed directions for fixing the reactivation problem.

2)   I'm trying to activate ClaimMaster with a new license and am getting error code "46" or "42"

Please follow these detailed directions for fixing the activation problem.

3)   I'm getting error code "5013" during activation

When you receive this error code during activation, it means that there are no more activations left for this license.  You will need to either deactivate ClaimMaster on another computer or contact us to have your license reset.

4)   I'm getting error code "2" or "4" during activation

If you try to activate a purchased copy of ClaiMaster and receive the following message: "Activation Failed. Code 2" (or code 4), that means that you are either not connected to the Internet or are behind a firewall that blocks certain outgoing connections/ports required to connect to the license server. This issue is quite common for users in corporate environments with strict firewall settings. You will need to perform manual/telephone activation of your license.  The manual activation process is fairly quick and shouldn't take more than a minute. For additional information on various activation error codes, please read here

If these steps do not resolve the activation problem, please contact us for further help.
